I just heard of this girls nightmarish struggle with panic attacks. How she found natural anxiety relief was so inspiring I decided to summarize it here for everyone’s benefit.
Amy Robertson had just recently gotten married when her first panic attack suddenly closed in on her. She was laying in bed one evening and all of a sudden she felt her heart begin to pound rapidly. Her chest
seemed to almost clamp down and tighten up to the point she had difficulty breathing. Fearing she was suffering a heart attack, her husband immediately drover her to the emergency room for treatment.
The doctors ran tests and found nothing that could be responsible for the heart attack like symptoms. So to her disbelief she was sent home with nothing but a recommendation to talk to her primary physician.
Unfortunately, the panic attacks escalated to the point where she began experiencing attacks on a daily basis and without warning. Even more discouraging was the fact that from the first panic attack she went through her doctors testing and evaluations with the hope of diagnosing the problem. In the end she was told that not only was there “nothing wrong” but whatever she was experiencing was “all in her head”.
Amy was devastated and confused what to do and where to go at this point.
Shortly thereafter, Amy came to find out that what she was experiencing was termed “anxiety or panic disorder”. Whatever it was she seemed powerless to find relief from the anxiety and panic.
Over the next 15 years, Amy endured the fear and anticipation of when her next anxiety attack would show up. She lived with the question, “How can I find relief?!”
Through her own research, Amy was able to slowly discover easy ways to get natural anxiety relief of her symptoms but they only seemed to alleviate the symptoms without curing the root of the problem.
After Amy and her husband moved to a new state she noticed that her regular full blown panic attacks had subsided for several months. However, she still felt apprehensive that at anytime an episode was waiting just around the corner.
Soon the kids moved in and in time tensions rose due to the stress of family ‘issues’ but she managed to restrain any full blown attacks. She relied on natural anxiety relief techniques and medication to suppress and manage the attacks.
This went on for 2 years until Amy received a heart crushing phone call from her sister-in-law who sadly told her that her only fourteen year old daughter suddenly passed away as a result of a grand mal seizure. When she hung up the phone her head began spinning, her hands and feet shuttered as she struggled to catch her breath. Desperate to calm herself, her mind raced as she endured her first anxiety attack in two years.
Like a lot of people who struggle with anxiety disorders, Amy did her best to breathe and think and learn how to deal with her condition daily. She asked advice from doctors and other sufferers how to best deal with it. She used medication along with therapy to help treat the symptoms but in the end after many years of struggle she finally figured out how to cure her anxiety disorder. It has now been well over three years since her last panic attack.
After being blessed with two grand children she has continued to research and has come to realize that the simple act of accepting the condition has enabled her or diffused the attacks. Acceptance is one of if not the best natural anxiety relief and remedies treatment you can use right now to rid yourself permanently of anxiety attacks.
